Parc View Apartments & Townhomes

We love living at Parc View! We just recently signed our third lease here and moved from an apartment to one of the townhomes. The homes themselves are beautifully modern and equipped with great features such as Vivint Smart Home systems. The amenities are fabulous and include a large gym, barbecue area, and dog park in addition to the pool and hot tub. The staff is friendly and the maintenance team is so quick! Once, I put a maintenance request in and it was fulfilled within 15 minutes. We would highly recommend living at Parc View.

Been living here for a year. Build quality is pretty good. I like the interior space for living and the bedrooms are very nice. Each floor is modern and versatile. We've had some faults with our HVAC and washer, and every time we've had a problem, they send a great team to diagnose and fix the problem--they have a sense of urgency which is very nice. We once had the sink back up, and contacted a staff member to let them know to send someone. It was late at night so we were ok to wait until the next morning, but immediately after hanging up the phone with the staff member we received a call from the maintenance crew and they didn't have to come over, they took us step-by-step on how to fix the issue and we were able to. They often have crews drive around in golf carts who assist with snow days and keeping the place clean and its very nice. The gym is nice. The pool is beautiful and a good size. So is the hot tub. This place has a lot to offer. They also often have food trucks and community events. The most recent issue that occurred was personal property damage--I complained and they all did a great job in helping me made things right. They have a beautiful complex, tons of amenities, and a great office and maintenance staff. They truly set a high standard. We are first time renters and we are lucky to have the opportunity to live in this community. Recommend.

I live in the apartment next door and our maintenance team was out today. A kind man by the name of Jason who is part of Parc Views maintenance came and cut his lunch short to come fix my sink. He was very quick and made sure that the problem was fixed all the way so I didn’t have any more problems with my sink. Definitely a hard worker and did not complain once about having to cut his lunch short. I really appreciate it so much

The sheer amount of dog poop around this entire complex is just disgusting. You can’t walk through any of the grass areas without stepping in it. They have a mini dog park that is severely neglected as well. Owners should be picking up after their dogs but it’s ultimately the complex’s responsibility to make sure the poop is actually getting cleaned up. The least they could do is enforce a cleanup policy better. I’ve heard of other complexes having dna records of all dogs living in the units and when someone doesn’t pick up after their dog, they will run the dna of the stool sample and fine the owner who is responsible for not cleaning up…. Or the maintenance could just be doing a better job. Regardless. I don’t recommend this place. Their lack of clean up is good enough indication of how management and maintenance is run, as well as what you can expect from neighbors…. To add to this, I’ve witnessed many people in this complex just not leash their dog and/or leave their dogs unattended at the dog park or on their balconies. If you’re a responsible dog owner you understand how dangerous this can be for a variety of reason… Just problematic through and through. Do better.
